However, if you have placed an order and have not received it, this may be because one of the items in your order is available for pre-order. If a product is available for pre-order, this is always stated on the product page, along with the expected dispatch date.

We always offer free exchanges for another product or a gift voucher! We always offer a 14-day returns policy.

Set up your return or exchange via our returns portal. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the return label.

If you would like a refund, you will need to pay for the return label yourself

Returns are usually processed within 5–10 working days.
